GERTSEV GALLERY TO EXHIBIT WORKS BY RENOWN EASTERN EUROPEAN PAINTERS
ATLANTA – New Exhibition “Still Life : Nostalgic Memories of the Past” will feature works by Eastern European painters: Oleg, Nalbi at Gertsev Gallery. This exhibition stays open July 15 through September 30, 2005.
Opening Reception will take place July 15th, 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
An exhibition of still life paintings, featuring Oleg and Nalbi will juxtapose three different approaches to a similar subject.
The calm yet bold presentation of still life compositions sets Oleg’s artistic style apart from Nalbi’s playfulness and interesting perspective of the subject. Ultimately, these painters recreated the manner of representation of still life, distinguishable in style and technique.
